All our projects have such a wide variety of needs and aspects of organisation, that we at S.R.T. Building & Tiling Specialists know this can be an enormous challenge for our every day clients, therefore we can help here too. We always keep the highest levels of communication with our clients to ensure they have the project they want with the least amount of fuss and organisation to worry about. We can do that for you! Then you can relax, sit back and watch your project unfold in our capable hands.

Weekly Invoicing

To ensure a smooth running project, we always ask our clients to sign our agreement to make regular weekly payments on larger projects lasting more than 2 weeks, under an agreed payment schedule. This way we can ensure that all payments for materials and sub-contractors (where needed) are paid up to date and have every reason to want to carry on providing us and you with a top quality service. For larger projects lasting over a month in duration, we also provide a monthly account summary to highlight all aspects of your payments to us and can therefore carefully monitor where your money is being spent.
