Deposit Information

To ensure confirmed booking with S.R.T Building & Tiling Specialists, we will ask for a small booking deposit of £200 (refundable *), (Not applicable to projects under £300). This deposit is taken to cover any cancellation of bookings prior to works commencing, and/or for the return of materials pre-ordered prior to start date.

* All completed projects with fully paid weekly invoices will see a refund of £200 deposit paid via one single deduction to the client’s final invoice.

Terms of Contract

At S.R.T we like to ensure that we, our clients, sub-contractors and employees are all protected in the best possible way, therefore you will be expected to sign our terms of contract before commencement of any projects you would like us to undertake. We have a copy of our public and employer’s liability insurance for you to view on request at any time, alongside a copy of our Terms of Contract.
